townhouse for sale (finally)

Well, big news this week. My townhouse is finally on the market! You can check out the photos here.
I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time working on it in the last few weeks, and hopefully it shows. Between working on the townhouse and trying to have a bit of a life, sleep deprivation has become a mainstay for me recently. It’s nice to finally be able to take a little bit of a break. Now I just need to find a buyer so I can get the hell out and get into a new apartment… :)
Looks not so bad.. why do you want to leave?
A number of reasons.. the market is pretty hot where I live right now (north vancouver), I’m carrying a mortgage alone that was originally meant for 2 people (…), and the fact that I have way too much space. My townhouse is ~1450 sq. ft., I barely use half of that.. so I’ll be looking for a 2-bedroom apartment between 800-1100 sq. ft. instead.. that should be more than enough for me. :)
